Hey, hey! Thanks for stopping by! I hope you’ve enjoyed the hop so far! It’s just getting started so keep on hoppin’!
I have two projects to share with you today! A ‘wild’ card and a cute altered clothespin. Both my projects today feature the LOVE STORY collection by Lori Whitlock! Not only is this collection great for Valentines projects, but it’s also perfect for anniversaries, birthday themes, etc. I love the added animals prints! SO FUN! (*thumbs Up, Lori!*)
The card was created by die cutting the word ‘wild’ and backing it with various Love Story prints. I popped up the zebra print with adhesive foam for dimension. On the cute die cut lips I added some glossy accents to make ‘em nice and shiny.. just how I like MY lips, lol. I love my lip goop! The words ‘about you’ were also die cut. You can get that yummy black and grey twine (and the red and pink twine) from Trendy Twine!
Next up is my altered ‘love notes’ clothespin. I really enjoyed making this! It’s one of those things that just ‘came together’ for me. You also might have noticed on on the Echo Park Facebook banner!
This would be so adorable on a desk with little love notes or reminders, etc. clipped onto it! I love projects that are ‘useful’.
Hopefully that phone hasn’t been used to call those late night 900 numbers. LOL! I kids, I kid.
Welp, I hope you’ve liked these projects! I always get so antsy about sharing.. I have had these projects sitting around for awhile now so it’s nice to FINALLY be able to share!
If you’re a regular reader of mine, I am sorry for the lack of entertainment around here. After CHA I just got burned out from crafting and a little busy.. but prepare yourself!.. Things are gonna pick up as of this week! Excited?.. Can hardly contain yourself?.. I thought so! Simma down nah.. and come on back tomorrow for the CARTA BELLA blog hop! (Echo Park’s sister company)
OK! Time to send ya off to the talented, Lowri!
And if case you’re lost and confused (much like I am 99% of the time) then here’s the entire blog hop list!

Two thumbs up to you for breathing life into this amazing paper; love your card and your snazzy clothespin is sheer eye-candy. One of those on my desk (and the desks of a bunch of others I know) would be a day-brightener and smile-maker for sure. Talk about opportunity of ‘positive vibes’ in the work space. Great to see your ‘creative genie’ is out and about, dazzling us with all sorts of pretties! Awesomeness+++. Thank you for sharing; looking forward to the treats you have in store for us.
Your blog posts always make me laugh! I love the lighthearted narrative. About your projects: DIGGING the card!
