Hey, hey! How are you?! Welcome to another fun blog hop with awesome projects! I’m the third stop so you still have a ways to go, but I hope you’ve loved the two projects you’ve seen so far!
Today I have a beautiful decor piece to share, an altered sled! I used the Christmas Day collection kit.
Pretty and vintagey, right? Here’s my sled!
Makes such a great decoration doesn’t it? I got the wood sled from Michael’s craft store and I took it apart to easily alter the wood pieces. Then simply hot glued it back together. I took some sand paper to the edges to distress them a bit.
Well, folks.. there it is! I hope you like it!
Don’t forget to leave a comment to be entered to win a Carta Bella collection kit of your choice! EACH blogger is giving one away! Fun! I would LOVE to hear what your crafting plans are for the holidays! I just love this time of year and am so excited about upcoming projects!
Have a great weekend! (And check out my guest designer projects for Pebbles, HERE. I have four fun projects shared and there’s a giveaway over there, too! YAY!)

OMG! This is hilarious! I just started making one of these, too, with the OA Holiday Style papers! Anyway, yours is beautiful! I love it as always!

What a cute sled!! Love that little birdie, great accent! Lots of plans – new banner for Xmas, new door wreath and actually (gasp) make cards. May even mail them this year but no promises…
Gorgeous sled!! I love that collection!
Beautiful sled It will look fantastic on a tree
For me, there’s no project that is more fun than altered wood items. This sled is GORGEOUS! I really am in love with this paper collection too, if you are looking for a collection that shouts old-fashioned Christmas and has muted colors, there’s not a better one out there!
I’ve seen these little wooden sleds and am now on the hunt to find several to CASE this delightful project for the upcoming holiday season. These would be so lovely on our holiday table! Thanks for the inspiration!
Your sled is adorable. Thank you for the idea of taking it apart before you started to decorate it. That idea alone will help me alot with doing some altered crafting.
Love this project with the burlap and the brads. I had to start aking things to decorate my house for christmas.
What a neat decoration the wood sled will make. I love the Vintage look to it. Thanks for the chance to win this fabulous collection. I love the looks of it and would definitely be using it.
I’ve already made several cards but have more to make. I have made a couple of pieces of paper and recycled jewelry for gifts but have more gifts to make.
Sweet sled! I love how you altered it!
As far as my holiday crafting plans everyone will be getting socks made of paper.
